TERMINATION

Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies,

Discontinuance or material modification to LOTTOCHATREADER (or any part thereof),

Unexpected technical or security issues or problems,

Extended periods of inactivity,

Engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities, and/or

Any misconduct as stated in the Member Conduct section above.

FURTHER, YOU AGREE THAT ALL TERMINATIONS, LIMITATIONS OF ACCESS AND SUSPENSIONS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO LOTTOCHATREADER'S SOLE DISCRETION AND LOTTOCHATREADER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT, ASSOCIATED EMAIL ADDRESS, OR ACCESS TO LOTTOCHATREADER.

TERMINATION OF YOUR LOTTOCHATREADER ACCOUNT MAY INCLUDE ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Termination of access to all or part of the offerings within LOTTOCHATREADER,

- Deletion of your password and all related information, files, and content associated with your account (or any part thereof), and

- Barring of further use of all or part of LOTTOCHATREADER website.
